FINAL FANTASY XIV RECEIVES A NEW BIG EXPANSION

Tuliyollal, the central city of the new continent of FFXIV

        Final Fantasy XIV's new major expansion called Dawntrail was revealed during Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest 2023 and is set to release next summer.

The story of Dawntrail takes place in a new continent known officially as Yok Tural, a tropical environment located southeast of Eorzea and has a central city known as Tuliyollal, which despite being a strong trade route is still a little industrialized city, something that has to do with the local culture, as its inhabitants prioritize living with the land and a good relationship with nature. Tuliyollal is also the seat of government on the continent and this time the Warriors of Light will help in a succession process to determine the next ruler from Tural. This process involves a contest that will take them to the legendary city of gold.

The new expansion also has new content features, including new allied tribes (featured for the Pelupelu that appear for the first time in FFX and FFX-2) An increase in the level cap from level 90 to 100, including new abilities for all work, multiple new classes and mainly new dungeons where the player will find a wide variety of new threats and monsters to fight. In addition, we have the return of several characters such as the Scions, Alphinaud, Alisaie, Erenville and much more.

Remembering that Final Fantasy XIV already has the expansions Heavensward, Stormblood, Shadowbringer and Endwalker, each with its own storyline and approximately 60 hours long, that is, a vast enough content to entertain the player until the launch of Dawntrail.
